DIGITAL PRODUCTS

The products sold through this checkout are digital products. No physical product will be mailed or shipped unless a product description specifically states otherwise.

Digital products may include printable activity pages, mystery activities, educational resources, coloring pages, craft materials, ebooks, PDF files, or other downloadable content.

Product images and descriptions are provided to represent the digital products as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen, printer, ink, paper, and print settings.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed through the payment provider shown at checkout.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate email address and accurate payment information. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrectly entered email address.

Applicable taxes may be collected when required by law.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, technical errors, incorrect pricing, or misuse of our products.

ONE-CLICK UPSELL OFFERS

After an initial purchase, the customer may be presented with an optional one-click upsell offer.

Selecting the button marked “Accept Offer,” “Yes,” or similar language authorizes an additional charge for the product and price displayed on that page.

Selecting the button marked “Decline Offer,” “No Thanks,” or similar language declines the additional purchase. Declining an upsell does not affect the customer’s original purchase.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

Digital products are delivered electronically via email, a download page, a link, or a combination of these methods.

Delivery is considered complete when the download email or access link has been sent to the email address provided by the customer.

Customers should download and save purchased files promptly. Access links may be hosted through third-party services and may not remain available indefinitely.

If a delivery email does not arrive, customers should check their spam, junk, promotions, and other filtered email folders before requesting assistance.

For help with a missing or inaccessible file, contact:

deborahshoemaker@feathermountainexpressions.com

Please include the name and email address used for the purchase, as well as the name of the product purchased.

REFUND POLICY

Because our products are delivered digitally and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are final once access to the product is granted.

Refunds are not offered because a customer changes their mind, does not use the product, lacks compatible software or equipment, or expected a physical product when the product was clearly described as digital.

However, we want customers to receive what they purchased. Please contact us if:

• The file is defective or corrupted.
• The download or access link does not work.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• A duplicate or incorrect charge occurred.
• Another delivery problem prevents access to the purchased product.

We will make reasonable efforts to replace or correct an inaccessible or defective file. When the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, we may issue a replacement, account credit, or refund at our discretion or as required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE

Purchasing a digital product grants the customer a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the product according to the license stated in its product description.

Unless otherwise stated, products intended for families may be printed and used by the purchaser within one household.

Products specifically sold or described as classroom or educator resources may be used by one purchasing teacher, educator, librarian, therapist, or similar professional with their own students or participants.

A separate purchase or license is required for use by multiple teachers, classrooms, schools, organizations, businesses, or program locations unless the product description expressly permits broader use.

Ownership and copyright are not transferred to the customer.

PROHIBITED USES

Customers may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the digital files.
• Upload the files to shared drives, membership libraries, websites, social-media groups, marketplaces, or file-sharing services.
• Email or otherwise distribute the files to people outside the permitted household or licensed classroom.
• Alter the files and claim them as original work.
• Use the files, characters, artwork, text, or activities to create products for sale.
• Remove copyright notices, trademarks, credits, or branding.
• Use the files or their contents to train artificial-intelligence systems or create competing products.
• Reproduce the products for commercial programs, paid events, or business use without written permission.

Customers may share photographs of completed activities for personal or classroom purposes, provided the underlying printable files are not made available for others to copy or download.

Requests for additional licensing may be sent to:

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS

All product content, including characters, illustrations, artwork, stories, activity designs, text, logos, product names, and downloadable files, is owned by or licensed to Feather Mountain Expressions LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.

Salz & Peppa® and associated branding are protected trademarks. Purchase of a product does not grant permission to use our trademarks, characters, or branding for commercial purposes.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, sale, or commercial use may result in the termination of the customer’s license and further action as permitted by law.

ADULT PURCHASERS AND CHILDREN’S PRODUCTS

Our products may be designed for children, families, teachers, or caregivers, but purchases must be completed by an adult who is legally able to enter into a contract.

Adults are responsible for selecting age-appropriate activities, supervising children, and determining whether any activity or material is suitable for a particular child.

Printable activities may involve scissors, glue, small pieces, cooking ingredients, craft supplies, or other materials requiring adult assistance or supervision.

EDUCATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES

Our products are provided for educational, creative, and entertainment purposes.

We do not guarantee a particular educational, developmental, behavioral, or commercial result from using a product. The purchaser is responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for the intended child, student, household, classroom, or activity.

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

The customer is responsible for having the equipment, software, internet access, and printing capability necessary to download, open, print, and use the purchased files.

Most products are delivered as PDF files and may require compatible PDF-reading software. Printing results may vary depending on the printer, paper, ink, device, software, and selected settings.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our checkout, payment processing, email delivery, file hosting, and download links may rely on third-party service providers.

We are not responsible for temporary interruptions or technical failures caused by third-party platforms. If a third-party problem prevents access to a purchased product, contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative delivery method.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

By making a purchase, the customer agrees to receive transactional emails necessary to process and deliver the order. These may include receipts, payment confirmations, download links, access instructions, and customer-service communications.

A purchase does not automatically require the customer to receive ongoing promotional or marketing emails.

Customers who separately subscribe to marketing emails may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in those messages.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Digital products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that every product will meet every customer’s individual preferences or requirements, or that access through every device, browser, printer, or third-party platform will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

This section does not exclude any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feather Mountain Expressions LLC and Salz & Peppa® Detective Agency will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of a digital product.

Our total liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount the customer paid for that product.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions or a purchase will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, the customer agrees to contact us and make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue directly.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our products, services, business practices, or legal obligations change.

The terms in effect on the date of purchase will apply to that purchase. The “Last updated” date at the beginning of these Terms identifies the most recent revision.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
